About work
Verity had shipped fast for three years and the seams were showing — four button styles, two type scales and a marketing site that promised something the product did not deliver.
The work was as much consolidation as it was design: one system, one voice, one set of rules everybody could build against.

The approach
We audited 340 screens and collapsed them into 46 patterns, then rebuilt the design system in Figma with tokens mapped directly to the front-end.
The marketing site was rewritten around a single question — what does this actually cost me — and every page answers it above the fold.
The outcome
Time from design handoff to shipped feature fell from eleven days to four.
Trial-to-paid conversion improved 31% in the first quarter after launch.

Got a brand that deserves to be remembered?
I take on a limited number of projects each quarter so every one gets my full attention. Tell me what you’re building and let’s see if we’re a fit.
